My super quick and easy banana loaf cake recipe which is so yummy it always gets polished off in a day! No need for any fancy baking equipment which means less washing up. Of course you can leave out the walnuts if you don't like them. It's also great with a teaspoon of cinnamon added into the batter but I forgot this time!
